  • Right of Withdrawal: You may return a purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s), subject to exclusions (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items).

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories or tags (if applicable).

Exclusions: Customized, engraved, made-to-order, or limited edition decor items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery.

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery is within 30 days unless otherwise stated at checkout.
