At Homique, every centerpiece bowl is handled with care and precision to ensure your decor arrives in perfect condition — exactly as you envisioned.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order:

  • Standard Delivery – approx. 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – approx. 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – approx. 2 working days

📍 Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your centre bowls and homeware are delivered safely and on time.

Orders up to 25kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • All items are securely packaged to prevent breakage or damage

  • Delivery date selection is available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 25kg (for larger or bundled items):

  • May ship via freight or pallet delivery

  • Requires an accessible and safe unloading area

  • Delivery will be scheduled in advance if necessary

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: May incur redelivery fees

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any damage within 48 hours (with clear photos), so we can assist promptly
